3. Purpose of Processing

Collected data is used exclusively for: providing the Service functionality, security and fraud prevention, technical support, improving the Service, and processing payments (internal currency — Chessies). We do not sell or transfer your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes.

4. Third-Party Providers

• RTC technology provider — video and audio streaming (streams are not recorded)
• Google OAuth — authentication via Google account
• Timeweb Cloud — hosting and file storage (S3)
• All providers process data in accordance with their own privacy policies

The Service uses cookies to maintain authentication sessions and ensure correct platform operation. By using the Service, you agree to the use of cookies. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, however this may affect the Service's functionality.

6. Data Storage and Protection

Your data is stored on secured Timeweb Cloud servers in the Russian Federation. We take reasonable technical measures to protect data from unauthorized access, modification, or destruction.

7. User Rights

In accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ «On Personal Data» you have the right to: receive information about the processing of your personal data, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, and withdraw consent to data processing. To exercise any of these rights, please contact support.

8. Age Restriction

The Service is intended for users aged 13 and over. We do not intentionally collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with their data without parental consent — please contact us.

We reserve the right to make changes to this Policy. The current version is always available on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new version.
