1. General

This User Agreement (hereinafter — the Agreement) governs the relationship between VideoChess2x2 (hereinafter — the Service) and the user. By registering or using the Service, you fully accept the terms of this Agreement.

2. Service Description

VideoChess2x2 is an online platform for playing board games with integrated video and audio communication. The service offers access to game rooms, an internal currency system (chesses), and VIP features.

3. Registration and Accounts

To access full functionality, registration is required. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. It is prohibited to create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or abuse the system.

4. Internal Currency — Chessies

Chessies is the internal currency of the Service. Chessies are used to pay for video streaming during games. Purchased Chessies are non-refundable. Chessies have no monetary value outside the Service and cannot be exchanged for real currency.

5. VIP Subscription

VIP subscription provides access to extended features of the Service. Payment for VIP is final and non-refundable. The list of VIP features is determined by the Service and may be updated.

6. User Conduct

It is prohibited to use the Service for illegal purposes, insult other users, attempt to hack or disrupt the Service's operation, or use automated programs (bots) outside of designated game modes.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an «as is» basis. We are not liable for interruptions in service operation, loss of game data, or actions of third parties. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the user over the last 30 days.

8. Changes to Agreement

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement. The current version is always available on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
